Nicky Clarke - DesiRED Straighteners

Okay! So I finally got my hands on some new straighteners! As you can see, they're a heck of a lot better than my old ones!

They're the Nicky Clarke desiRED, and they
are
awesome :)

So, what do they do?

Well, they have 4 heat settings: fine, medium, thick and max and they go VERY hot! (230 degrees) So pleaseee try not to burn yourself!

They are Ceramic with Nano silver and Tourmaline plates ... good I think, I'm not whizz on the technical jazz :S

They have more awesomness with automatic worldwide voltage, so you can use them with ease on holiday, where-ever you jet off to, which can only ever be a god thing. Though I haven't tried this feature, as I haven't been abroad for ages :(

A 360° Swivel cord is always handy, so you don't tie yourself in knots while using the iron and something else, which just rocks is...

an automatic shut off!!

Okay, not so impressive, but it will save my bookcase a lot of grief! You wouldn't believe the amount of times I've left my straighteners on and left for school, then come back and found another burn in my bookcase or something on it :[ (Poor piggy speakers :[ )

AND, I have finally tried curling with these AND IT WORKS! Sometimes a product says you can curl with it, but you need to be a qualified hairdresser to get it to work, but these actually do :) AND (last one), if you do screw up a curl, it will actually straighten it out so you can try again :) sounds simple, but I think that's always a sign of a good straightener, because you won't believe the amount of irons that won't do that.

So, how much will they set you back? A lot less than they should. These beauties are reduced in Boots (not sure about anywhere else) from £80 to £40.... FORTY POUNDS! :3
They're soooo worth it! I'd have paid the full whack, but it's practically stealing at this price!

Anyhoo, that's my review over for now... I recommend these to anyone who needs new straighteners or who's just looking for a change. THEY'RE EPIC!
